My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location is central, but some policies like extra charges for guests were disappointing. The rooms were decent but had some unusual rules that affected my overall stay.

The rooms gave a 4-star or at most 3-star impression. The cleaning tools were stored in a strange location. The policy of charging $50 for guests was unexpected and made it my worst hotel experience in 47 years of traveling.

The service was okay but fell short of my expectations. Maha, if I remember her name correctly, was particularly helpful. However, aspects like the car hire and room service did not fully meet my expectations.
