My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location is central, but some policies like extra charges for guests were disappointing. The rooms were decent but had some unusual rules that affected my overall stay.
The hotel room was small, dingy, and lacking the quality expected of a 5-star establishment. On the positive side, the front of the hotel offered a much better ambiance. However, some essential facilities in the room needed attention, such as the electrical sockets requiring adjustment for proper function without the need to hold the wire.
The hotel has a prime location near the yacht club, offering excellent views of the Mediterranean Sea. The rooms were small and lacked a couch, but the classic partial sea view room on the 4th floor was more spacious. The service had some issues, including mistakes and attempted overcharging, but the staff were overall friendly and accommodating. The dining options were disappointing, not meeting the standards of a five-star property. Despite that, the hotel's facilities were well-maintained.
